Neck Stretches: Seated

This video will demonstrate how to do neck stretching exercises including rotation, side bending, flexion, and extension stretching which will help loosen your neck muscles. Also stretching your levator scapulae and trapezius muscles will help with some tension headaches. We recommend watching the video first and then you can try it out.
